Step 1 Apply Online
We’re excited you want to join our team! Our process is simple. First, search the job openings via our careers portal. Once you’ve found the job you want to apply for, simply create account upload your resume and complete the application.
Step 2 Recruiter Interview
Once we receive your resume or application, if your background is a fit for our needs, we will contact you by phone to give a brief overview of the position. This also gives us a chance to get to know you better.
Step 3 Assessment
After you’re contacted by our recruiting team, we will send you a link to complete our online assessment. This is how we determine if this is the right job for you. The quicker the assessment is filled out, the quicker we can move along in the process.
Step 4 Interview
If we feel your assessment results are in-line with the company’s needs, you will be invited to a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager. Either the recruiter or the hiring manager will reach out to you with the details.
Step 5 Observation Day
For most positions, the observation day is the final stage of interviews. This is a ride-along with a sales representative to observe what a typical day would look like. This is a great time to ask any final questions.
Step 6 Job Offer
If all goes well, you will receive a job offer from the hiring manager. All positions at State are filled after a full background check (criminal history, education verification, employment verification, references, etc.) and drug screening are completed successfully.
