Corrosion Inhibitor for Cooling Systems
Quick‑Pass™ is specially formulated to passivate ferrous metals by forming a corrosion resistant film. It reacts directly with metal surfaces to create a durable metal complex that shields equipment from corrosion. This treatment helps extend the life of vital components exposed to challenging water conditions. Apply at system startup or prior to seasonal shutdown to prevent flash corrosion before circulating biocides or standard treatment chemicals.
Where to Use Quick Pass™
Use In: Open cooling tower basins, closed loop piping, and condenser water systems.
Recommended For: hospitals, schools and universities, manufacturing plants and industrial warehouses.
Effective Against: flash corrosion, oxidation on ferrous metals, corrosion during low-flow and shutdown periods.
1. Prior to starting the cooling system add Quick Pass™ to the condenser water or Tower Basin at a rate of 1 gallon per 1,000 gallons of water volume.
2. Circulate the system water for a minimum of 24 hours without bleed-off or addition of biocides.
3. Begin your normal State Water Treatment Program with normal bleed-off.
