Low Sodium Corrosion Inhibitor
HWS-140® protects closed loop heating system investment by preventing corrosion-driven downtime across steel, copper, and condensate lines. Its DEHA-based multi-component formula maintains a 15–25 ppm active level to suppress oxidative corrosion in large recirculating systems. The ultra-low sodium formulation is the safe choice for any facility where a system leak could reach plant growth areas or sensitive water-adjacent environments.’
Where to Use HWS-140®
Use In: Closed loop recirculating hot water and steam systems with steel, copper, or copper alloy components.
Recommended For: Greenhouse facilities, commercial comfort heating buildings, large industrial process heating plants.
Effective Against: Oxidative corrosion, energy-inefficient scale buildup, and condensate line degradation in heating water circuits.
Caution: Like other corrosion inhibitors, HWS-140® is not compatible with potable water systems. Do not use in any system which discharges directly into water supply used for drinking or washing. HWS-140® is not compatible in system with aluminum components.
