Ethylene Glycol Freeze Protection for Industrial Environments
Winter Pro™ EG is a concentrated Ethylene Glycol heat transfer fluid formulated with corrosion inhibitors for long-term system protection and efficient heat transfer performance. Winter Pro™ EG provides the maximum heat transfer when used as directed. It is ideal for closed-loop HVAC heating and cooling systems. Choose between pre-diluted 30%, 50%, full strength concentration based on your facility’s needs.
Where to Use Winter Pro EG™
Use In: closed-loop heating and cooling systems for freeze protection
Recommended For: manufacturing plants, schools, universities, hospitals, refrigeration units in grocery stores and supermarkets.
Effective Against: Freezing and burst protection found in piping systems below freezing temperatures.
Note:
In general, it is recommended that you select a temperature that is at least 5 °F (3 °C) lower than the expected lowest ambient temperature.
Add Winter Pro EG to the water system to provide desired freeze protection
Winter Pro EG 30%:
Add WinterPro EG 30% to the water system to provide freeze protection down to 3 °F (-16 °C).
Winter Pro EG 50%:
Add Winter Pro EG 50% to the water system to provide freeze protection down to -34 °F (-36 °C).
Winter Pro EG:
Add Winter Pro EG to the water system to provide freeze protection down to -60 °F (-50 °C).
