Product Description

Q4160™ is specifically designed for high-efficiency, aluminum hot water boiler systems that require a maximum operating water pH of 8.5.

PROTECTS AND PREVENTS
Q4160 contains specific corrosion inhibitors that protect steel, copper, and brass in hot water systems. It also contains scale inhibitors and dispersants that prevent sludge accumulation and deposit formation. Q4160 will not raise the pH of your boiler water above 8.5.

Directions for Use

State Q4160™ is a blend of corrosion inhibitors specifically designed for closed hot water heating systems with aluminum construction. State Q4160 will develop an operating pH of 7.5 to 8.5 when used as directed. State Q4160 should be fed to the hot water system at a rate of 2 gal per 1000 gal of system volume. Consult your State industrial Representative for specific recommendations for your system. Not for use in potable water systems.
