On-Line cleaning of closed heating and cooling system: Add NARC™at a rate of 1 gallon per 200 gallons of system water in the closed loop system. Allow to circulate for 24 hr and then bleed 10% of the closed loop water. Add back an additional 1 gallon of product for ever y 200 gallons of fresh water added to maintain product concentration. Repeat this process for 5 - 7 days then drain and flush the
closed loop to remove excess dispersed iron and scale. Fill the closed loop system to operating volume. Add sufficient State Chemical cor rosion inhibitor treatment. Return system to operation. During anyon-line cleaning process small leaks may occur. Be prepared for water leakage. During the cleaning process rust and scale will be removed as fine particles. System fitters may become plugged with these fine par ticles and may require service frequenfly during the cleaning process. As an added benem consider the installation of State Chemical Filter Feeder. The Fitter Feeder makes a convenient location to add chemical treatment as well as remove iron or other fine particles from the closed loop water.

Steam Boiler Water additive: For additional scale and iron control in steam boilers, add 1 gallon of NARC to 55 gallons of State Chemical scale and corrosion inhibitor. NARC is not compatible with State Chemical Superhot™ Complete or Superhot™ NST. NARC is not NSF cer tified for use in steam boilers where steam may contact food.
