HVAC Drip Pan Tablets That Prevent Clogs and Mineral Buildup
HVAC drain line failures can lead to water damage, mold growth, and costly system downtime. Sta-Clean® Tablets use a controlled-release formula containing urea and quaternary ammonium compounds to help prevent corrosion, mineral deposits, slime, and contaminant buildup in drip pans and condensate lines. The formula suspends debris so it can be carried away with normal condensate flow, helping maintain efficient HVAC performance for up to three months per treatment.
Where to Use Sta-Clean® Tablets
Use In/On: Air conditioner condensate drip pans, condensate drain lines, refrigeration systems, and humidifiers.
Recommended For: Commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, schools, hotels, food processing facilities, manufacturing plants, and institutional HVAC systems.
Effective Against: Corrosion, mineral scale, slime buildup, condensate drain clogs, and Legionnaires’ disease bacteria.
1. For best performance, unit should first be cleaned before treatment. Clean coils and drain pan with State Coil Doctor®. 2. Place pouch, sponge side down, into drain pan 6 inches from drain hole. Place end without sponge away from drain hole. Use one pouch for each 3 square feet of pan area. 3. Secure bag 8 inches from drain outlet by bending plastic tie over edge of pan.
