Antimicrobial Condensate Drip Pan Treatment Tablets
Sta-Clean® Antimicrobial Tablets help protect HVAC drain systems from overflows, water damage, and service calls caused by microbial growth. These tablets open up clogged drains but also protect against future buildup. As each tablet dissolves, it forms a protective microfilm barrier that helps control bacteria, algae, sludge, and odor-causing growth while keeping drain systems flowing freely. Unlike liquid treatments, each pre-measured tablet delivers precise monthly dosing; no measuring, no mixing, and no guesswork is needed.
Where to Use Sta-Clean® Antimicrobial Tablets
Use In: A/C condensate drip pans, drain lines, HVAC condensate trays, and cooling system drain components.
Recommended For: Commercial office buildings, hotels, schools, healthcare facilities, industrial facilities, and multi-unit residential properties.
Effective Against: Bacteria, algae, sludge, foulants, and odor-causing microbial growth.
CONDENSATE DRIP PANS:
Initially, in order to clean out heavy accumulations use at least two Sta-Clean tablets for each 3 tons (36,000 BTU). Thereafter, place one tablet for each 3 tons in the pan each month.
Position tablet so that moisture drips on or runs over the tablet for positive, prolonged cleaning action.
For larger units, repeat the above dosage including the initial application for each 3 tons.
