ANTIMICROBIAL DRAIN PAN PROTECTION
Sta-Clean® Antimicrobial Tablets are safe, easy-to-use, pre-measured tablet treatments for air conditioner condensate drain pans and lines. They help open clogged drain lines and prevent future blockages, reducing the risk of water overflow that can damage walls, ceilings, floors, furniture, and carpets. The antimicrobial formula targets harmful bacteria, foulants, and sludge in moisture-prone areas.
ODOR ELIMINATION & EXTENDED CLEANING ACTION
Sta-Clean® Antimicrobial Tablets not only disperse solids and keep drains clear, but also remove unpleasant odors without the use of chlorine or noxious fumes. Their residual action plates the pan with a microfilm that provides continuous cleaning and odor control for extended periods, delivering a cost-effective, labor-saving solution for HVAC maintenance.
CONDENSATE DRIP PANS Initially, in order to clean out heavy accumulations use at least two Sta-Clean tablets for each 3 tons (36,000 BTU). Thereafter, place one tablet for each 3 tons in the pan each month. Position tablet so that moisture drips on or runs over the tablet for positive, prolonged cleaning action. For larger units, repeat the above dosage including the initial application for each 3 tons.
