Coil Doctor™
Aerosol Evaporator Coil Cleaner and Disinfectant
EPA-Registered HVAC Coil Cleaner and Disinfectant
Coil Doctor™ is an EPA-registered HVAC coil cleaner disinfectant designed for air conditioning systems. Its specialized surfactants penetrate and lift away dirt and debris, while its disinfecting agents kill bacteria commonly found on coils. The delayed foaming action allows deeper penetration before expanding, pushing out embedded contaminants for a thorough clean that restores system efficiency. Its EPA-registered formula supports Legionella risk programs, helping units return to service with a 10-minute contact time and no scrubbing required.
Where to Use Coil Doctor™
Use In/On: Evaporator coils, HVAC catchpans, and other hard, non-porous HVAC surfaces.
Recommended For: Commercial office buildings, hotels, hospitals, schools, manufacturing facilities, and other buildings with central HVAC systems.
Effective Against: Legionella bacteria, mold, mildew, dirt, and debris on coil surfaces.
DISINFECTION
To disinfect hard non-porous surfaces (such as HVAC catchpans and air conditioning evaporator coils), proceed as indicated:
1. Shake can before using.
2. Hold six to eight inches from surface to be treated.
3. Spray area until it is covered with a white foam. Allow foam to penetrate and remain wet for 10 minutes. No scrubbing necessary.
4. Wipe off with a clean cloth, mop or sponge. This product will not leave grit or soap scum. For heavily soiled areas, remove gross soil before treatment.
MILDEWSTAT
To control mold and mildew on pre-cleaned, hard, non-porous surfaces (such as floors, walls, table tops) spray surfaces to be treated, making sure to wet completely. Let air dry. Repeat application at weekly intervals or when mildew growth reappears.
