1. Begin with an empty, clean State Custom Wipes canister. 2. Place a roll of Custom Wipes into the canister. 3. Based on the chemical solution being used to create the wipes, apply the appropriate Custom Wipe Identification Label over the Custom Wipes Identification Record Box, or using a permanent marker add the appropriate information requested on the Custom Wipes Identification Record. 4. Make sure to wear the proper personal protective equipment, as referenced on the SDS of the chemical solution being added. 5. With the roll of Custom Wipes inside the canister, begin slowly pouring the selected chemical solution into the canister over the wipes. 6. Apply enough solution to saturate the roll of wipes, ensuring that there are no dry spots. This will require approximately 1 quart of solution. 7. Reach inside the canister to the middle of the roll of wipes and thread the innermost wipe through the hole in the center of the lid. 8. Press the flap down to securely close. 9. When ready to use, flip open the flap on the canister lid and pull the wipe through the lid. 10. When done, close the center flap on the lid to prevent moisture loss. 11. When the last wipe has been used, the canister can be re-used, but only with the same solution as initially used. Follow the steps listed above to create another canister of wipes.
