Where to Use Avance™ Kitchen Kleen in Commercial Kitchens
Use In/On: Use In/On: Walls, floors, exhaust fans, hood filters, food prep surfaces, fryer surrounds, and walk-in cooler floors — safe for food contact surfaces when followed by a clear water rinse.
Recommended For: Commercial restaurants, institutional cafeterias, food processing facilities, hotel kitchens, schools, and healthcare food service operations.
Effective Against: Heavy grease, food soil, rubber marks, inks, algae, mildew stains, and oily buildup.
Compatible With: Stainless steel equipment, sealed concrete, quarry tile, and painted walls

For light duty cleaning dilute 2 ounces (1:64) Kitchen Kleen to one gallon of cold tap water. Apply to surface. Surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water before re-use.
For medium duty cleaning dilute 4 ounces (1:32) Kitchen Kleen to one gallon of cold tap water. Apply to surface, then agitate with cloth or brush if necessary. Surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water before re-use.
For heavy cleaning dilute 8 ounces (1:16), or for extra heavy cleaning dilute 16 ounces (1:8) Kitchen Kleen to one gallon of cold tap water. Apply to surface. Surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water before re-use.
Pressure sprayer: Dilute 16 ounces of Kitchen Kleen to one gallon cold tap water. Spray on soiled area and let the solution penetrate for several minutes on heavily soiled areas. Surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water before re-use.
