Twister™ is a concentrated acid cleaner designed to quickly remove hard water and protein scale from brewery and food processing equipment. Its rich, stable foam clings to vertical surfaces for maximum contact time, eliminating the need for extra boosters. Compatible with both air and water-powered foaming systems to save labor and increase efficiency.
VERSATILE INDUSTRIAL PERFORMANCE
Twister’s™ fast-acting formula removes beer stone, protein, and hard water scale while restoring stainless steel brightness. Perfect for bakeries, breweries, bottling plants, beverage processing facilities, canneries, dairies, fruit and vegetable plants, institutional kitchens, meat and poultry plants, restaurants, and seafood processing facilities.
- For removal of mineral and protein scale from equipment dilute 1 part State Twister with 32 to 48 parts water (3-4 oz/gal). Apply as a foam through a foam generating device to surface to be cleaned. Let soak for 5 to 10 minutes, scrub if needed, and rinse thoroughly with water. Do not allow foam to dry on surface; rewet if necessary. To brighten stainless steel: Dilute 1 part State Twister with 16 to 32 parts water (4-8 oz/gal). Apply as a foam through a foam generating device to surface to be cleaned. Allow to remain, scrubbing intermittently, until desired degree of brightness is obtained. Rinse thoroughly with water. NOTE: DO NOT use acid products on highly polished metal surfaces as irreversible damage may occur. If contact should occur, flush immediately with water. Be sure to use label use directions and immediately flush with water after use on metals.
