High Alkaline CIP Cleaner
HEAVY-DUTY NON-FOAMING CLEANER
State® Squall™ is a powerful, non-chlorinated, non-foaming caustic cleaner formulated for CIP and boil-out applications. It attacks carbon, grease, oil, protein, and carbohydrate soils, saponifying and suspending them to prevent redeposition. Anti-redeposition agents ensure soils rinse away cleanly, leaving equipment residue-free. NSF certified (A8) and CFIA listed.
APPLICATIONS FOR FOOD PROCESSING & SANITATION
Squall™ delivers exceptional cleaning results in canneries, dairies, bakeries, seafood plants, wineries, breweries, meat and poultry plants, bottling facilities, supermarkets, institutional kitchens, egg processing plants, fruit and vegetable facilities, restaurants, and rendering operations. Ideal for high sanitation environments.
Boil Out: Dilute 2 – 6 ounces per gallon of water, depending on degree of soil. For best results, heat solution to desired temperature. Circulate through system until soils are removed. Drain system and rinse with potable water.
Soak Cleaning: Dilute ounces per gallon of water, depending on degree of soil. For best results use hot water. Soak until soil is softened or removed. Agitate if necessary. Rinse thoroughly with potable water.
DO NOT USE ON ALUMINUM NOT FOR PRESSURE WASHER APPLICATIONS: Squall™ is an industrial strength, heavy duty product. For this reason care should be utilized on painted surfaces where paint removal is not intended.
FOOD CONTACT SURFACES MUST BE RINSED WITH POTABLE WATER AFTER TREATMENT WITH THIS PRODUCT.
