ENHANCED COOLING TOWER PROTECTION
F-858 Super Cool-Ade® is a powerful blend of scale and corrosion inhibitors that boosts cooling tower efficiency. Its advanced formulation is NSF certified for G5 use and protects steel, copper, bronze, and other yellow metals in corrosive water environments while controlling scale and sludge for higher hard water tolerance and consistent system performance.
ENGINEERED FOR DEMANDING COOLING SYSTEMS
With its unique combination of corrosion inhibitors and enhanced scale control, F-858 Super Cool-Ade® helps extend equipment life and maintain efficiency even under challenging water conditions. Ideal for cooling towers in industrial, comfort cooling and food processing facilities, it provides dependable protection while meeting NSF standards for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants.
Pre-Treatment Cleaning: Clean the system as necessary. Flush with fresh water, then refill the system with fresh water.
Initial Treatment: Add slowly in the tower sump to provide uniform mixing. See your State Industrial Products representative for proper dosage instructions.
Preventative Maintenance Treatment: Add 36 ounces per 1000 gallons of water. This level should be monitored daily with State Cooling Tower test kit to insure that the tower is properly protected at all times. Use the State Industrial Products Water Treatment test kit to test for active product level. Maintain product level at 120 – 150 ppm. See your State Industrial Products representative for
proper feedrates.
Bleedoff: It is important to note that proper bleedoff is as important in preventing scale buildup as maintaining proper SUPER COOL-ADE levels. See your State Industrial Products representative for proper bleedoff recommendations.
