All-in-One Boiler Water Treatment
COMPLETE TREATMENT FOR BOILER SYSTEMS
F‑301 NCNP® is an all in one boiler water treatment that conditions boiler water and prevents corrosion in condensate lines. It combines scale and sludge control agents with oxygen scavenger and neutralizing amines. This formula protects the entire system, reduces maintenance, and helps lower energy costs through efficient fuel use.
SAFE, SIMPLE AND USDA AUTHORIZED
F‑301 NCNP® contains all necessary ingredients in one drum, eliminating the need for chemical mixing and simplifying use. It can be fed with a single State® pump and includes an easy to test tracer for monitoring product levels. NCNP is USDA authorized for use in meat and poultry plants where no contact with edible products occurs.
STEAM BOILERS: Add NCNP slowly through the vent or the opening into the condenser make-up tank or surge tank. Check pH to assure proper dosage level. Verify amount of NCNP is between 65-75 ppm with your boiler water test kit to insure that the boiler is properly protected at all times.
BLOWDOWN: To prevent scaling, blowdown should be scheduled to maintain 3-5 cycles of concentration in the boiler. Monitor cycles daily with the test kit.
HOT WATER RECIRCUL ATING BOILERS: Add treatment slowly to boiler drum or through a vent. Check pH to assure proper dosage level. Verify amount of NCNP is between 65-75 ppm by using the boiler water test kit. Maintain this level for complete protection. Blowdown unit periodically to remove sludge.
CLOSED LOOP CHILLER SYSTEMS: Verify NCNP level is between 50-60 ppm by using the boiler water test kit. Blowdown the unit periodically to remove sludge. NOTE: Submit a feedwater and boiler water sample for analysis at least twice a year to State’s Water Treatment Lab.
