Heavy-Duty Oven and Stove Degreaser
De-Greez™ reduces cleaning time in commercial kitchens by breaking down baked-on grease and carbonized food deposits with less scrubbing. Its thick, clinging pH 13 alkaline formula stays on vertical surfaces to saponify grease instead of running off. Unlike thin spray cleaners, it maintains contact throughout the dwell time to reduce repeat applications. Works in 5–10 minutes on warm ovens or 10–20 minutes on cold ovens. Food-contact surfaces should be thoroughly rinsed with potable water after cleaning.
Where to Use De-Greez™
Use In/On: Ovens, stoves, broilers, barbecue grills, range hoods, rotisseries, burners, drip pans, skillets, oven racks, and warm or cold cooking surfaces.
Recommended For: Commercial kitchens, restaurants, institutional dining facilities, foodservice operations, catering kitchens, and hospitality facilities.
Effective Against: Baked-on grease, carbonized food deposits, burned-on cooking oils, and heavy grease buildup on porcelain, ceramic, glass, stainless steel, and steel surfaces.
