Industrial Citrus Degreaser That Cleans, Degreases, and Deodorizes
Avance™ industrial citrus degreaser combines sequestrants, penetrants, wetting agents, and detergents to clean, degrease, and deodorize in one application. Sequestrants bind hard-water minerals while penetrants and wetting agents loosen grease, allowing the saponification process to emulsify oils and lift stubborn soils from surfaces. Dilutions from 1:64 for general cleaning to 1:6 for heavy-duty degreasing provide powerful performance across commercial and industrial cleaning applications.
Where to Use Avance™ Citrus Degreaser
Use In/On: Floors, walls, windows, fixtures, steel furniture, porcelain surfaces, machinery, equipment, HVAC coils, and other washable hard surfaces.
Recommended For: Restaurants, commercial kitchens, food manufacturers, healthcare facilities, hotels, warehouses, maintenance departments, and industrial plants.
Effective Against: Grease, oil, grime, dirt, food soils, carbon buildup, and everyday odors.
Spray or wipe surface. Scrub or agitate. Allow to work for 2-3 minutes. Rinse with water, or wipe with a rag or sponge. NOTE: A cleaning solution that is too concentrated can have a dulling effect on certain paints and inexpensive-grade varnishes and plastics. It is recommended to first try the cleaning solution on a small, inconspicuous area.
DILUTION RATIOS
General Cleaning: 1:64 dilution with water (walls, windows, fixtures, steel furniture, porcelain surfaces and floors).
Heavy-Duty Cleaning: 1:6 dilution with water. Use for hard to clean surfaces, including heavily-soiled and greasy floors, degreasing machines, parts and equipment.
Coil Cleaning: 1:10 parts with water.
