Foaming Coil Cleaner
Non-Acid Foaming Coil Cleaner for HVAC Systems
ACC® reduces HVAC maintenance time and helps protect system components by eliminating the need for acid cleaners, manual scrubbing, or rinsing. This non-acid foaming coil cleaner uses a high-alkaline surfactant system (pH 12.3) to penetrate deep into evaporator coil fins and break down dirt, dust, and debris that reduce efficiency. Unlike acid-based cleaners, ACC® carries no risk of fin corrosion or condensate pan damage. Normal system condensation rinses contaminants away, helping restore airflow, improve performance, and lower energy costs.
Where to Use ACC® Foaming Coil Cleaner
Use On: Evaporator coil fins, PTAC units, rooftop HVAC systems, commercial air conditioning equipment, fan coil units, and other cooling system coils where dirt and debris can restrict airflow and reduce efficiency.
Recommended For: Schools, healthcare facilities, hotels, office buildings, retail facilities, multifamily housing properties, and commercial HVAC maintenance programs.
Effective Against: Dirt, dust, lint, airborne debris, and organic buildup on evaporator coils and HVAC system components.
- Turn air conditioning fan off.
- Shake can well before using.
- Remove matted material with fine brush or fin comb.
- Hold can 12 inches from air intake side of coil.
- Spray evenly over entire coil surface.
- Turn fan on, no rinsing necessary.
Note: Safe on galvanized and stainless steel.
