LUB is a silicone lubricant that eliminates and prevents rust, frozen door and trunk locks as well as sticky and squeaky door hinges. Its versatile penetrating formula is long-lasting, non-staining and colorless, making it an ideal add-on to all maintenance shops. LUB can be used on automobiles to eliminate metal-to-metal noises and rubber-to-metal squeaks. It can be applied to wood, most plastics, metal and leather.

LUB is rated non-toxic for contact with fresh, frozen, cooked or baked food products when used within FDA limits (no more than 10 ppm residual silicone can be imparted to food). It is NSF approved as an H1 lubricant, which means it is approved for general incidental contact.
