Bug Bandit™ is a convenient band that can be worn on the wrist or ankle to ward off misquitos and bugs.

HOW IT WORKS
The active ingredient Geraniol is infused into the plastic wristband and given off as a time-released vapor, so no liquid chemical touches the skin. The vapor repels insects several feet away, before they land.

This new type of repellent is derived from oils extracted from plants (i.e. Lemon Grass) that have a natural ability to protect themselves against feeding insects. Geraniol is able to provide hours of protection against a wide range of biting insects.Testing by the University of Florida confirmed that Geraniol is an excellent insect repellent and is superior to many products containing DEET.

SAFETY
The wristbands do not contain DEET or any other pesticides. The active ingredient, Geraniol, is considered to be GRAS (Generally Regarded as Safe) by the EPA and FDA, and is included in exempt product listings (products comprised of active and inert ingredients taken from the EPA Exempt List are considered safe for public use and do not require EPA registration.).
