Industrial-Grade Adhesion with 3-Way Precision Spray
Spray Adhesive is a solvent-based contact adhesive that forms a contact bond in 1–3 minutes with an open time of up to 30 minutes for alignment flexibility. The solvent carrier flashes off rapidly on both coated surfaces, creating an aggressive contact bond the moment the two surfaces are pressed together. Its heat, water, and moisture resistance ensures durability in tough conditions. The 3-way adjustable spray nozzle offers controlled, even coverage for clean and efficient application. Unlike brush-on adhesives, the adjustable spray pattern delivers even coverage on foam, rubber, and plastic without drips or overspray — reducing rework and material waste for maintenance crews.
Where to Use Spray Adhesive
Use On: Wood, metal, plastic, rubber, foam, carpet, upholstery.
Recommended For: Facility maintenance teams, equipment repair shops, production and manufacturing environments.
Effective Against: Adhesive failure in high-heat or wet environments, bond loss on porous materials like foam and wood, and surface separation under mechanical stress.
1. Shake can vigorously for one minute after mixing ball begins to rattle.
2. Holding 6-8 inches from surface to be sprayed, apply evenly on both surfaces.
3. Allow to dry 1 to 3 minutes, but not more than 30 minutes.
4. Align and press surfaces together.
After using, invert can and spray to clean nozzle.
