Parts Washing Solvent
Non-Corrosive Parts Washing Solvent for Sensitive Equipment
Current Issue® is a citrus-based parts washing solvent rated at 48,000 volts dielectric strength, safe for live electrical equipment and sensitive components without rinsing. Available as a liquid for parts washers or an aerosol, it helps grease, grime, and dirt run off of surfaces, leaving components clean and ready to return to service. Current Issue® does not emulsify, meaning no water contamination, no sludge buildup in soak tanks, and no residue on cleaned components.
Where To Use Current Issue®
Use In: Electrical motors, generators, power tools, mechanical equipment, industrial machinery, and parts washers or soak tanks.
Recommended For: Manufacturing plants, utilities facilities, fleet maintenance shops, and MRO operations.
Effective Against: Grease, grime, oil, and carbon deposits on metal components.
1. Remove all the loose dirt and grime, spray the parts and then agitate by brushing.
2. Wipe or blow dry.
Soak tank cleaning:
1. Immerse the parts to be cleaned.
2. Allow them to soak, then remove and wipe or blow dry.
Note: Current Issue® will not emulsify, therefore no need to rinse and no residue. Let it air dry or wipe dry with an absorbent cloth.
