EverClear Mark XX Parts Washer

1. Wear all personal protective equipment, including solvent resistant gloves and proper eyewear. 2. Plug unit directly into a properly grounded 110 outlet. Pump should be off. 3. Open cover to parts washer. 4. Load parts into the washer. 5. Turn the pump switch, located on the right side of the washer, to the ‘ON‘ position. This starts the flow of the solvent. 6. Use the ball valves located on the stiff bristled brush or flexible hose to turn the flow on and off. Keeping them both open will reduce flow. 7. To clean the solvent, direct all flow to the clay bag filter by turning off the ball valves to the brush and flexible hose. Open the ball valve to the clay bag filter and allow the ample time to clean the solvent. This should be done on a regular basis as solvent begins to look dirty. 8. Turn off the parts washer and close the lid for safety purposes when not in use.

MAINTENANCE
Quarterly: Change the clay bag filter. Dispose with your oily rags. Bi-annually: Change the wound filter. Dispose with your oily rags. The solvent will need to be topped off due to evaporation. When solvent level gets low, top off with clean solvent.
