Lemon-Scented Granular Drain Opener
Heat-Activated Granular Drain Opener for Tough Clogs
Grease, sludge, and organic buildup can slow drains and create costly maintenance problems. Clear-Out™ uses a delayed heat-activated granular formula that penetrates deep into blockages before reaching temperatures up to 212°F to dissolve grease and convert sludge into an easy-to-rinse emulsion. A fresh lemon scent helps reduce foul drain odors while restoring drain flow quickly and effectively.
Where to Use Clear-Out™
Use In/On: Commercial sink drains, floor drains, kitchen drains, utility drains, P-traps, and other non-porcelain drain systems.
Recommended For: Restaurants, commercial kitchens, foodservice operations, schools, healthcare facilities, hospitality properties, and industrial maintenance departments.
Effective Against: Grease, sludge, organic buildup, slow-moving drains, drain clogs, and foul drain odors.
Use only as directed. Wear protective eyewear and rubber gloves. Keep face away from drain. Avoid contact with acrylic and fiberglass surfaces.
TO OPEN CLOGGED OR SLOW-MOVING DRAINS
Remove drain sieve and standing water if possible. Make sure water in drain is COLD. Pour one (1) level capful (20 g) of Clear-Out™ into drain. Recap. Wait 30 minutes, check if drain is open by adding several cups of COLD water. If drain clears, flush with COLD water for at least a minute. If drain does not clear completely, repeat process one time only. If clog still remains, DO NOT REPEAT OR USE ANY OTHER PRODUCT, as a violent splash back may occur. CONSULT A PLUMBER. Not for use in toilets or other porcelain fixtures that may crack with heat generated from use of product.
