Long-Lasting Protection for Concrete and Masonry Surfaces
State® Concrete Sealer is a ready-to-use concrete protection sealer that penetrates porous surfaces to create a durable, polished barrier. Its penetrating resin chemistry bonds at the pore level to help resist soil, rubber marks, oil, grease, and other contaminants. By reducing dusting and sealing porous areas, it helps extend floor life, reduce maintenance, and maintain a cleaner, more professional appearance. Its low-odor formula minimizes disruption during application in occupied facilities.
Where to Use State® Concrete Sealer
Use In/On: Concrete, quarry tile, grout, terrazzo, marble, and other masonry surfaces.
Recommended For: Warehouses, manufacturing plants, distribution centers, commercial facilities, institutional buildings, and food service environments.
Effective Against: Soil, rubber marks, oil, grease, dusting, surface wear, and contamination caused by porous flooring.
Application: Ready-to-use formula with no mixing required. Apply by string mop or airless sprayer and allow 45 minutes to 2 hours drying time between coats.
Clean and rinse application surface. The surface must be clean of soil, dirt, oil, and grease to insure a strong bond with State Concrete Sealer. Acid etching is not required for bonding. Floor must be clean and thoroughly dry. For best results, apply with a string mop or airless sprayer. Allow 45 minutes to 2 hours drying time between coats.
