State® Mold, Moss and Algae Control™ begins working on contact to eliminate mold, moss, algae, mildew, lichen, fungus, and the stains they leave behind. Powered by 10% Alkyl Dimethyl Benzyl Ammonium Chloride, its rain-activated formula requires no scrubbing, rinsing, or pressure washing on rain-exposed surfaces. Simply apply and let natural rainfall continue the cleaning process while helping prevent regrowth. Dilute 1:5 for economical coverage of up to approximately 1,125 sq. ft. per 3 gallons of diluted solution. EPA Reg. No. 1839-229-70799.
Where to Use State Mold, Moss and Algae Control™
Use In/On: Wood decks, vinyl siding, brick, stone, concrete, metal, plastic, fences, patios, walkways, pool surrounds, retaining walls, outdoor furniture, and marina surfaces.
Recommended For: Commercial buildings, schools, parks, campuses, municipalities, marinas, property management, recreation facilities, and maintenance teams.
Effective Against: Mold, moss, algae, mildew, lichen, fungus, and the organic stains they leave behind.
APPLICATION: Mix 1 part State Moss, Mold and Algae Control to 5 parts water. Apply with pump-style garden sprayer or an equivalent sprayer. Fully saturate surface and allow the surface to air dry. Do not rinse. Actual coverage depends on surface and application process however 3 gallons of diluted product covers approximately 1,125 sq.ft. Highly stained or porous surfaces may require more treatment applications for stain removal and regrowth prevention.
