State® Concrete Sealer penetrates hard surfaces to shield them from soil, rubber marks, oil, grease and other damaging materials. By preventing dusting and sealing porous areas, it creates a smooth, polished finish that enhances both appearance and durability. Its low-odor formula makes it suitable for use at any time without disruption.
EASY APPLICATION & FAST RESULTS
Designed for convenience, State® Concrete Sealer is ready-to-use with no mixing required. It dries quickly and self-levels for a consistent finish across large areas. Effective on concrete, quarry tile, grout, marble, terrazzo and other masonry surfaces, it provides economical protection for a wide range of commercial facilities.
Clean and rinse application surface. The surface must be clean of soil, dirt, oil, and grease to insure a strong bond with State Concrete Sealer. Acid etching is not required for bonding. Floor must be clean and thoroughly dry. For best results, apply with a string mop or airless sprayer. Allow 45 minutes to 2 hours drying time between coats.
