One Solution™ Foamers provide an industrial foaming cleaning system for large-scale sanitation. Closed-loop dispensing and adjustable dilution ratios from 1:7 to 1:256 deliver consistent foam coverage while eliminating direct contact with concentrated chemicals. A one-step clean-and-sanitize process reduces labor, minimizes chemical waste, and delivers repeatable cleaning results across every shift
Where to Use One Solution™ Foamers
Use In/On: Food processing equipment, production floors, walls, conveyors, loading docks, wash bays, and other large-area cleaning applications.
Recommended For: Food and beverage facilities, manufacturing plants, distribution centers, commercial kitchens, agricultural operations, and institutional maintenance programs.
Effective Against: Grease, oils, food residue, protein buildup, soils, and contaminants that require consistent foam coverage and controlled chemical dilution.
Compatible With: One Solution™ foaming cleaners, alkaline detergents, degreasers, and sanitizers. Select the appropriate concentrate for the cleaning or sanitizing application.
INSTALLATION
1. Remove cover and attach unit to wall using hardware provided.
2. Insert correct dilution tip into check valve. Foaming product on left side, sanitizer on the Right side.
3. Attach chemical pick-up tube to correct check valve.
4. Replace the cover
OPERATING
1. Connect water inlet hose with 3/4″ male garden thread to female swivel at left side of unit. Tighten to avoid leaking.
2. Connect discharge hose to male 3/4″ discharge provided at bottom of unit.Hose of 1/2″ ID is recommended if the hose length will be 25 feet or less. 3/4″ ID hose may be needed if the total length of the hose will exceed 25 feet.
3. Attach Multi-Functional Spray Head to outlet hose end.
