Non-Butyl Degreaser Safe for Oil/Water Separators
No Issue® is a non-butyl cleaner and degreaser that generates no hazardous waste as defined by RCRA, eliminating special disposal requirements and protecting your facility’s compliance standing. It works great with gravity displacement and oil/water separators, making it an environmentally responsible choice for industrial and commercial cleaning. Pairing No Issue® with State’s One Solution™ dilution system delivers controlled concentration every use, reducing product waste and per-use cost facility-wide.
Where to Use No Issue®
Use On: Oil and water separators, floors, parts washers, equipment, steel furniture, porcelain, tile, and walls.
Recommended For: Manufacturing plants, automotive shops, food processing facilities, and general facility maintenance.
Effective Against: Oil, grease, carbon deposits, general soils, and surface grime on metal and tile
NOTE: A cleaning solution too concentrated can have dulling effect on certain paints and inexpensive-grade varnishes. It is recommended to try the cleaning solution first on a small area.
LIGHT DUTY CLEANING: For floors, steel furniture, porcelain surfaces, fixtures, tiles, windows and walls, mix 2 ounces of No Issue® with each gallon of water.
HEAVY DUTY CLEANING: For severely greasy or soiled floors, parts, equipment and machines. Mix 10 ounces of No Issue® with each gallon of water. USE: Apply solution to soiled surfaces, then agitate. Let No Issue® do the work for 2 to 3 minutes, then wipe away with sponge or rag. If needed, rinse with water.
IMPORTANT: No Issue® is NOT for use with steam cleaning equipment. However, it can be used with pressure washers. Food contact surfaces must be washed and thoroughly rinsed with potable water after treatment with this product.
