High Solids Floor Finish for High-Traffic Burnishing Programs
Mighty Sparkle™ Diamond Pro 25 keeps high-traffic floors polished and protected longer while reducing strip-and-recoat frequency. Its 25% solids acrylic polymer formula creates a durable, wear-resistant finish that resists scuffing, marking, and dulling while producing a striking wet-look gloss. At 25% solids, Diamond Pro 25 delivers more durability and gloss retention per coat than lower-solids floor finishes. Designed for routine burnishing programs, it builds shine with each burnishing pass and can be applied during regular business hours with no after-hours shutdowns required.
Where to Use Mighty Sparkle™ Diamond Pro 25
Use In/On: VCT, linoleum, terrazzo, and other resilient hard floors in commercial interiors.
Recommended For: Healthcare facilities, schools, office buildings, airports, retail environments, and other high-traffic facilities with routine burnishing programs.
Effective Against: Scuff marks, black heel marks, dulling, and surface wear caused by heavy foot traffic and frequent maintenance cycles.
For indoor use only. Do not apply if floor temperature is less than 55°F. Strip floor using one of State’s strippers according to label directions. Apply 3-5 thin coats using a clean applicator. Allow 45-60 minutes drying time between coats. If a higher gloss is desired, wait 24 hours before applying additional coats.
Maintenance: 1. Dust mop or sweep floor. 2. Clean floor using one of State’s neutral floor cleaners according to label directions. 3. To enhance gloss and remove scuff marks, spray buff as needed with one of State’s floor restorer or spray buff products, according to label directions. Use conventional equipment and the appropriate pad. 4. To enhance or restore appearance of finish, highspeed
burnishing equipment can be used in between scrub and recoats or between full strip outs.
Before Recoating: 1. Dust mop or sweep floor. 2. Deep scrub floor using State Ecolution® Pro Cleaner Degreaser according to label directions. 3. Apply 1-2 coats of Diamond Pro 25 using a clean applicator.
Food Plants: Do not use on food contact surfaces. Avoid contamination of food during use and storage.
