Floor Wizard™ EZ Guard is a high-speed burnish restorer that enhances shine and extends the life of finished floors. It eliminates dusting during burnishing and helps repel scuffs, scratches and black heel marks. This easy-to-use formula delivers a durable, wet-look gloss with every application.
MAINTAINS FLOORS BETWEEN REFINISHING
Floor Wizard™ EZ Guard is ideal for commercial spaces needing consistent floor appearance without frequent stripping or refinishing. It supports high-traffic environments like schools, office buildings and healthcare facilities where maintaining a clean, polished look is essential.
Apply 3-5 coats of State High Speed or Ultra High Speed Floor Finish to a clean, stripped floor. Follow all procedures in the floor finish directions when applying the finish. After 24 hours, applyFloor Wizard™ EZ Guard with a damp mop at 2 ounces per gallon (not more). For the first few applications, let solution dry slightly, and then buff slowly using a floor burnisher with a natural hair blend floor pad. On subsequent applications, allow Floor Wizard EZ Guard to dry completely before buffing. Maximum gloss is achieved after five applications, and the floor should stay this way with regular applications of Floor Wizard EZ Guard.
Additional Applications: 1. Spot Mopping – Dilute at a rate of 1 ounce per 3 gallons of water. 2. Spray Buff – 1 ounce per 32 ounce spray bottle. 3. Deep Scrub – 3 ounces per gallon of water, scrub with blue floor pad.
