D-Stroy® is a biological odor neutralizer that eliminates odors at their source rather than masking them. Powered by beneficial bacteria and State’s SE-500™ odor neutralization technology, it produces billions of enzymes that break down the organic matter behind persistent odors. D-Stroy® can be used on virtually any surface, making it ideal for restrooms, drains, waste areas, locker rooms, kitchens, carpets, and anywhere organic odors are a recurring facility challenge. It’s also safe for use in pet kennels and animal-contact areas where persistent malodors paint a poor picture of your facility.
Where to Use D-Stroy®
Use On: Tile, grout, carpet, concrete, porcelain, and drains found in restrooms, waste areas, locker rooms, kitchens and other similar areas.
Recommended For: Hospitality facilities, pet care facilities, food service operations, healthcare buildings, office restrooms, municipal wastewater systems.
Effective Against: Urine and uric acid, drain buildup, fats, oils, and grease (FOG), food waste and decomposition, blood and biological waste, and other organic sources of odor.
Bacteria Count: 100 billion colony-forming units per gallon.
ODOR ELIMINATION: Dilute 2 to 4 ounces per gallon of water and spray odor causing areas. Use as needed. For problem odors apply undiluted.
DRAIN MAINTENANCE: For 2 inch drain lines pour 4 ounces down drain for 5 consecutive days, prior to evening shutdown. For next 10 days use 4 ounces every other day. Maintain with a 4 ounce treatment twice weekly. For 4 inch drain lines (urinals and toilets) use 8 ounces per application.
SEPTIC TANKS: 4 ounces per week per 1000 gallon tank.
GREASE TRAPS: 16 ounces once or twice per week.
DRAIN FIELDS: 2 ounces per week per 200 lb. drain pipe.
GENERAL CLEANING: Spray undiluted and mist with water, let stand overnight. NOTE: Strong acids, caustics and lye destroy enzyme action. Avoid use during extremely cold temperatures.
