Low-Foaming Carpet Extraction Cleaner
F-323 deep cleans commercial carpets and eliminates odors at the source while its controlled-foaming formula helps protect extraction equipment from over foaming. Detergent-and-solvent chemistry lifts embedded soils and stains, while optical brighteners help restore carpet vibrancy after soil buildup dulls fiber appearance. SE-500® neutralizes odors rather than masking them, and Morning Fresh™ fragrance leaves carpets smelling clean after extraction or pre-spray treatment. Dilution ratios from 1:64 to 1:20 provide economical cleaning across a wide range of soil conditions.
Where to Use F-323 Carpet Extraction Cleaner
Use In/On: Commercial carpets and area rugs, portable and truck-mount extraction equipment, and compression sprayers for pre-spray applications with coverage up to 200 sq. ft. per application.
Recommended For: Office buildings, schools, healthcare facilities, hospitality properties, retail stores, and other high-traffic commercial environments.
Effective Against: Embedded soils, tracked-in dirt, food and beverage stains, grease-based soils, and organic odors neutralized by SE-500® odor control technology.
EXTRACTION
Test carpet for color fastness.
1. Vacuum carpet thoroughly.
2. Mix product with hot water as follows: Light Cleaning 1:64; Moderate Cleaning 1:32; Heavy Cleaning 1:20.
3. Inject and extract following extraction procedures.
4. Place aluminum foil under legs of furniture while carpet dries.
PRE-SPRAY
Test carpet for color fastness.
1. Mix 1:10 with water in a compression sprayer.
2. Apply to a 200 square foot section.
3. Let stand 3-5 minutes.
4. Proceed with cleaning procedures.
NOTE: Over-wetting may cause shrinkage of carpeting.
