Avance™ Lime Eliminator removes lime scale and hard water deposits from dish machines and other hard surfaces to restore cleaning performance. Its concentrated acidic formula dissolves mineral buildup that can clog wash arms, spray jets, and machine components, helping equipment operate efficiently. Designed for commercial kitchens and foodservice facilities, it delivers fast, effective descaling while helping reduce maintenance caused by mineral deposits.
Where to Use Avance™ Lime Eliminator
Use In/On: Dish machines, steam tables, glassware, drain boards, sinks, faucets, stainless steel, copper, brass utensils, cement, tile, and other hard surfaces affected by lime scale.
Recommended For: Restaurants, commercial kitchens, foodservice operations, healthcare facilities, hospitality facilities, cafeterias, institutional kitchens, and food processing facilities.
Effective Against: Lime scale, hard water deposits, calcium mineral buildup, water spotting, and mineral deposits that clog wash arms, spray jets, and machine parts.
FOR CLEANING DISH MACHINES
Fill up tank 2 inches below the overflow level of the drain. Empty 1 gallon of Lime Eliminator into the machine, adding product to each tank of multitank conveyors. Turn
the tank heater on and start the machine. Run machine until the lime scale dissolves. Drain tank. Scrape off excessive build-up and apply full strength to areas of difficulty. Refill machine and operate
normally.
FOR CLEANING STEAM TABLES
Brush or spray interior of steam table with product. Let stand for 10 minutes. Brush or scrape interior until remaining deposits are removed. Drain and rinse.
FOR CLEANING CEMENT OR TILE
Prepare a solution of 1 ounce of product per 3 gallons of hot water. Apply solution with a mop or brush. Let stand until stain disappears. Rinse thoroughly.
