Versatile, Low-Maintenance Floor Finish
Acrylic Polymer Floor Finish with 22% Solids Content
Mighty Sparkle™ Diamond Pro 22 helps reduce strip-and-recoat frequency while maintaining a professional floor appearance with less labor and fewer service interruptions. Its 22% solids acrylic polymer film resists scuffing, black heel marks, and dulling from daily traffic. Designed for both low-maintenance and routine care programs, it maintains gloss with regular cleaning and responds well to buffing or burnishing when higher shine is desired. The low-odor formula can be applied during business hours.
Where to Use Mighty Sparkle™ Diamond Pro 22
Use On: VCT, LVT, linoleum, terrazzo, and other resilient commercial flooring surfaces.
Recommended For: Offices, schools, healthcare facilities, and government buildings, especially corridors, lobbies, and other high-traffic areas requiring low-maintenance floor care.
Effective Against: Scuff marks, black heel marks, dulling, and appearance loss caused by daily foot traffic.
For indoor use only. Do not apply if floor temperature is less than 55°F.
Application:
Strip floor using one of State’s strippers according to label directions. Apply 3-5 thin coats using a clean applicator. If a higher gloss is desired, apply additional coats. Allow 45-60 minutes drying time between coats.
Maintenance:
1. Dust mop or sweep floor.
2. Clean floor using one of State’s neutral floor cleaners according to label directions.
3. To enhance gloss and remove scuff marks, spray buff as needed with one of State’s floor restorer or spray buff products, according to label directions. Use conventional equipment and the appropriate pad.
4. To enhance and restore appearance of finish, high-speed burnishing equipment can be used in between scrub and recoats or between full strip outs.
Before Recoating:
1. Dust mop or sweep the floor.
2. Deep scrub the floor with State Ecolution® Pro Cleaner Degreaser according to label directions.
3. Apply 1-2 coats of Mighty Sparkle™ Diamond Pro 22 Floor Finish using a clean applicator.
Food Plants: Do not use on food contact surfaces. Avoid contamination of food during use and storage.
