I’ve had the pleasure of working with State for several years, and our account manager continues to be my go-to representative every time I transition to a new community. Each property has its own unique needs, and State consistently provides knowledgeable, reliable support.

State has assisted many owners and the property management group with great degreaser products. Grease-B-Gone® has helped with backups in the kitchen stacks and sanitary lines between scheduled stack cleanings. This product, which can be applied by the on-site staff, is safe, easy-to-use and has eliminated costly plumbing bills.

"Our large storage tank is uncovered, so any odors coming from it get dispensed into the air and then surrounding communities. Since we started the Fresh Zone program, we haven't had any odor complaints. It's been able to eliminate those odors."
