High Solids Floor Finish for Long-Lasting Gloss in High-Traffic Facilities
Ecolution® High Solids Floor Finish is a high solids floor finish that keeps high-traffic floors looking professional longer by delivering durable gloss and reducing recoating frequency. Its 22% solids, zinc-free styrene/acrylic copolymer formulation resists scuffing, black marks, and powdering while maintaining a bright, professional appearance. The low-odor formula can be applied in occupied buildings without disrupting daily operations.
Where to Use Ecolution® High Solids Floor Finish
Use On: Vinyl composition tile (VCT), terrazzo, sealed concrete, and other resilient floor surfaces.
Recommended For: Schools, healthcare facilities, offices, retail stores, government buildings, and institutional environments.
Effective Against: Scuff marks, black heel marks, dull appearance, and finish degradation caused by heavy foot traffic.
Certification: Green Seal® Certified (GS-40, 2011) and formulated without zinc cross-linking agents.
For indoor use only. Do not apply if floor temperature is less than 55ºF and maintain above 55°F through full cure. Use with adequate ventilation.
Strip floor using Ecolution® Floor Stripper according to label directions. Apply 4-6 thin coats using a clean applicator. If higher gloss is desired, apply additional coats. Allow 45-60 minutes drying time between coats.
Maintenance:
1. Dust mop or sweep floor.
2. Clean floor using Ecolution® All Purpose Cleaner according to label directions.
Before Recoating:
1. Dust mop or sweep floor.
2. Deep scrub floor using Ecolution Cleaner Degreaser according to label directions.
3. Apply 1-2 coats of Ecolution® Floor Finish using a clean applicator.
NOTE: DO NOT FREEZE.
Food Plants:
Do not use on food contact surfaces. Avoid contamination of food during use and storage.
