It begins removing moss, mildew, algae, mold, lichen, fungus, and the stains they cause on contact, with most stains disappearing within one month while preventing regrowth.

Safe for use on wood, stone, concrete, metal, vinyl, brick, plastic, and more, State® Mold, Moss and Algae Control™ is perfect for buildings, outdoor structures, yard and garden features, pools, marinas, camping gear, and vehicles. Its broad material compatibility makes it an essential tool for maintenance teams across multiple industries.
APPLICATION: Mix 1 part State Moss, Mold and Algae Control to 5 parts water. Apply with pump-style garden sprayer or an equivalent sprayer. Fully saturate surface and allow the surface to air dry. Do not rinse. Actual coverage depends on surface and application process however 3 gallons of diluted product covers approximately 1,125 sq.ft. Highly stained or porous surfaces may require more treatment applications for stain removal and regrowth prevention.
