Biological Catalyst for Wastewater Treatment
Bio-Mate™ accelerates the breakdown of organic waste by enhancing the performance of biological wastewater treatments. Derived from natural humate extract, it creates nutrient-rich “growing pods” that increase bacterial metabolic and reproductive activity for faster, more efficient waste digestion. Designed for use with State biological products, Bio-Mate™ improves treatment performance in lift stations, drain lines, and wastewater systems handling high organic loads.
Where to Use Bio-Mate™
Use In/On: Lift stations, wastewater lagoons, sewer systems, drain lines, and wastewater collection systems.
Recommended For: Municipal wastewater utilities, industrial facilities, food processing plants, manufacturing facilities, and commercial wastewater operations.
Effective Against: Organic waste buildup, fats, oils, grease (FOG), bottom solids, and heavy organic loading.
Lift Stations: Bio-Mate™ should be fed in at a 1:1 ratio with State Pit Raider™ or Ecolution® Drain Line Maintainer. If using Block Worx BCT for upstream treatment, Bio-Mate can be fed directly into the lift station downstream from the feed points. Lagoons: Bio-mate should be fed in at a 1:1 ratio with Pit Raider.
