Product Description

The State® AquaBruteTM Aqueous Parts Washer is a powerful cleaning option for all of your parts washing needs when paired with AquaBrute Aqueous Parts Washer Fluid. Heats solution to 105 °F (40.6 °C) for better cleaning performance. Separate heater & flow controls help you save energy during off hours. Speed up service with optimal design – flow-through brush and flexible rinse line can be used together or separately. Lid with hold-open support will eliminate evaporation, but stay out of your way during use.

Directions for Use

Lift the sink up from the base and fill with AquaBrute Aqueous Parts Washer Fluid, which is designed to be diluted 1:4 with water. Do not fill higher than the maximum fill line, which has a capacity of 20 gallons. After the base is filled, place the control box assembly and sink back onto the base and open the lid. Move the handle on the air quick connect valve to the Open position. Place the parts in the sink. Do not overfill the sink. Maximum weight of the part(s) should not exceed 400 lbs. Turn the On/Off Switch to the On position. Move the rinse/brush handle towards the Rinse or Brush Hose. The in-line valve can control the flow through the Rinse Hose. Turning the in-line valve fully to the right while the rinse/brush handle is in the rinse position will shut off the flow completely. Clean the parts. Move the handle to the center to use both tools simultaneously. For best results use parts washer at a temperature above 95 °F. Turn the air pressure On/Off Switch to the Off position. Monitor the drain grate and filter bag for accumulated solid waste. Tap the lid spring towards the front of the equipment and close the lid. Move the handle on the air quick connect valve to the Closed position. Cleaning solution replacement is determined by operating conditions and soil loading. For best results test the cleaning solution weekly. If the cleaning solution pH drops below pH 7.0 or the fluid is cloudy replace the cleaning solution and refill with fresh cleaning solution. As a general rule cleaning solution should be replaced every 60 days as a minimum. It is not recommended to top off or add additional product to spent cleaning solution. *refer to manufacturer for full instructions
