Screw-Eez II creates an effective shield between mated parts, guarding against seizure, heat freeze, galling, rust, and corrosion. Its high-quality, water-resistant formula will not harden, dry out, or separate, and remains stable in temperatures from 0°F to 1800°F, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments.

Formulated with microsize copper flakes, antioxidants, and corrosion inhibitors, Screw-Eez II reduces friction, lowers torque, and allows for hassle-free assembly and dismantling. Ideal for steel, aluminum, brass, titanium, stainless steel, plastics, and more, it permits reuse of nuts, bolts, studs, and other fittings while maintaining conductivity.

Screw-Eez II can be used on diesel and gas engines, fuel injectors, cylinder head assemblies, manifolds, boiler fittings, pipe threads and turbine valve components. The special Screw-Eez II formula permits use on ammonia and acetylene lines. Screw-Eez II can be used with steel, iron, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper titanium, most alloys, plastics and fiberglass. Meets requirements of Military Specifications MIL-PRF-907E. NOTE: Not recommended for use on stainless steel or alloys with a high nickel concentration at temperatures above 550°F (288°C). Do not use Screw-Eez II as a sealant on oxygen or LPG lines.
