Product Description

Pit Piranha is a concentrated cleaner degreaser designed and formulated for commercial kitchen applications where baked-on grease and soil are a challenge. Specially formulated to attack tough greases and soils, Pit Piranha quickly saponifies dirt, making it readily rinsable with water.

APPLICATIONS:

Range hood and canopy
Grease filter
Deep fryer
Stove/range
Grill
Exhaust fan

Directions for Use

Dilute up to 50:50 depending on amount of soil. Use on warm surfaces of 100-150°F (38-66°C). Allow to penetrate for 5 - 15 minutes depending on degree of build-up. Rinse with wet sponge to remove soil residue. Not for use on aluminum.

Soak Tank: Dilute 6 oz/gal with water. Rinse surfaces thoroughly after cleaning.

Note: Use caution on and around painted surfaces. It is recommended to test in a small inconspicuous area first. Pit Piranha is not recommended for use on aluminum.
